The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice river view but lacks balconies and ideal river views. The service is a bit mixed with supportive staff but some communication issues. The location is good near the river and Asiatique market, though staffing is noted as poor. Dining options are varied but room facilities could use updating.

The Riverview Suite boasts modern rooms with good facilities, and the executive lounge is beautifully decorated although our room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4 pm.

The hotel offers stunning river views in rooms equipped with lovely cold towels and water. The lack of amenities like a safety box and umbrella is a downside, and the inconsistent Wi-Fi can be frustrating. However, the convenience of having everything needed at hand was great.

The hotel had very big, modern, and clean rooms with great and helpful staff. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, but the river view was on the side of the room, not right in front as expected. The room wasn't ready until about 4 pm and had a slightly damp smell, feeling a bit tired.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms, at 56 sqm in the executive room #944, were spacious and provided evening drinks and afternoon tea, offering good value for money. The service, from the chatty staff to the reservation team, was top-notch, although slightly inflexible at times. The location was excellent, easy to access attractions like the Asiatique mall, with cheap taxis available; however, it was a bit far from famous shopping spots. Dining on the White Orchid River Cruiseline was a delightful experience with a varied selection. Overall, a pleasant stay worth considering.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms are very clean and had everything I needed to relax. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist. The breakfast was tasty, and the beds, although not our preferred choice, were comfortable. However, we had to wait for our preferred double bed selection in the rooms.
