The Riverview Suite boasts modern rooms with good facilities, and the executive lounge is beautifully decorated although our room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4 pm.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms, at 56 sqm in the executive room #944, were spacious and provided evening drinks and afternoon tea, offering good value for money. The service, from the chatty staff to the reservation team, was top-notch, although slightly inflexible at times. The location was excellent, easy to access attractions like the Asiatique mall, with cheap taxis available; however, it was a bit far from famous shopping spots. Dining on the White Orchid River Cruiseline was a delightful experience with a varied selection. Overall, a pleasant stay worth considering.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms are very clean and had everything I needed to relax. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist. The breakfast was tasty, and the beds, although not our preferred choice, were comfortable. However, we had to wait for our preferred double bed selection in the rooms.
